Hannah's Signs & Words

Hannah is 15 months old now. When Heidi was 15 months old, I made a list of things she was saying/signing, so I thought I would do one for Hannah, too... Here it is:

up (bup)

baby (says "baba" w/short u sound)
doll (says "do" w/short o sound)
bye bye (ba bye)

hello (says "he-wo" w/short e sound)

arm (short o sound)

bellybutton ("be-ye-bu" or "bu")
train sounds (tooka tooka woooooooo)
book (says "ba" w/a short u sound)

pig (says a mix of "pu/bu" w/short u sound)

that (dat)... she says this a lot!

bed (says "be" w/short e sound)

*These are all of the words that I can think of that she tries to say right now. I guess I could be missing something, though.

Here are some signs she does:

puts her finger to her mough and makes "shh" sound

eat (1 finger to mouth)

play (she rotates her whole hand instead of using her pinky and thumb, but she does try)
*She does some other signs when she watches Signing Time, like goat, barn, rooster, and some others, but I'm not sure if she would remember them on her own or not yet.
